Athena +Def Is Quiet Bulky...

She would exchange power for quick burst damage and some pretty heavy bulk, which is almost on par for a lot of units. Here is a build thought for her.

I do have a +Def/-Hp and +Attk/-HP. Both might have their strengths. I though about giving my defense Athena

A: Steady Breath
B: Sword Breaker (multi-duel), Wrath (damage stack, but does anyone know if this can be coupled with Steady Breath?), Vantage (Last strike, or last minute recovery depending on special, though not recommended due to poor HP)
C: Threaten Attack (This would be more bulk focused, allowing her and other defense oriented units suppress damage), Spur Def/Spd (For bulk or fast units, so it would be a good assistance for people near her)

Support:
Drag Back, as it can give the spur bonus and help her escape and assist
Swap, She has potential to take the front line if needed.

Special:
Moonbow, already in the box!
Bonfire, insanely huge damage spike knowing her defense will be 35. Her Defense boon gives her 4 points and 4 more from Steady Breath is... pretty nice.

Her HP is too low for recovery and possibly too low to even go on this defense build since magic is her main weakness in all this. Its a shame really, as this is a niche build.

Any thoughts on ways to carry this though? Id love to see some people chime in on this.

By the looks of it, Wrath does stack with both Wo Dao+ and Steady Breath. Wo Dao+ and Wrath makes Moonbow on part with most 4 turn cool down specials so she'll do great with it if she's lacking firepower. Since Wrath provides a special trigger cool down reduction at the start of every turn and Steady Breath doubles the reduction during battle, they'll definitely stack but Moonbow wouldn't really benefit from this since basically, should she be below 75% HP, this is what'd happen:

Moonbow charge -1 because of Wrath
Enemy engages with her, attacking her once, reducing her Moonbow by -2 HOWEVER she already has it reduced by 1 so it's literally wasting the -2 from Steady Breath.

Perhaps Bonfire would benefit her more then in this case.

Overall, really amazing build!

Yea, that's a good point. Bonfire probably is her best bet. It may also be a good idea (and actually easier), to use Reciprocal Aid or Ardent Sacrifice to send her below 75% HP so Wrath can help her special charge from the 2nd turn to the end of her lifespan.

Yep, very good use of Steady Breath and Wrath, like the build.

For feedback, I think Bonfire will work much better due to the cooldown reductions she receives, however, Moonbow will work much better as a safer option since she will have a hard time tanking when under 75% HP, so Moonbow will give her an engagement option as well (Vantage can help with Moonbow too).
Another option I think is Aether due to her speed. This way, she can bait a unit she can counter attack and have Aether ready on her very first attack next round no matter what to heal her back up. She has a single hit threshold of 71/60, which when paired with her speed will allow her to bait and then reliably heal with that extra 20 damage (potential 10 extra health healed).

Finally, QP will be very valuable for managing her special charge on her very first engagement.

Other than that, nice work mate!

Hmm, I was worried Aether might be overkill, but this would certainly allow her to survive since her speed is top notch even when it's not a boon. I think Ardent Sacrifice would allow her to be a semi-healer in this instance, which allows her to take a pretty good multi role in this instance.

I was actually editing/proof reading when you posted this haha.

But yeah, Ardent and Reciprocal is great for team support, you just have to be sure it's more valuable than Reposition before using it since she has enough bulk to warrant not having to use Ardent/Reciprocal to get into threshold range, making it mainly a supportive option.

And if nothing else, Aether's can just be a high Arena weighting Luna since nothing is really overkill when running Steady Breath IMO.

Good point. I think I'd run her with probably another high bulk unit and probably with another mage for back up. Reposition will certainly help her send whatever unit she needs to, especially if needed for baiting. A Spur makes this a little more appealing in this instance, but I'd just to have to raise her up and see.
