Athena -DEF

I got Athena with -DEF 24 / +RES 28 is she still good ? ( i wished for better IVs but since her atk and spd r not touched im happy about it ) should i run tome or sword breaker on her ? i can give her brave sword+ but i think her default wep is rly good.
