Athena ATK or SPD?

So i just pulled a 5* star athena that is +atk -res, which is awesome. However i have a 4* star athena that is +spd -hp. Which would be better the +spd or atk? Also i have like 8 4* athenas is the wo dao weapon worth giving to most units or should i just merge and make a super athena? Thanks in advance.

I would merge the other Athenas with the Spd+ and then 5 star it for both Desperation usage and the sheer amount of SP you could get.

This is my Athena (+Spd -Hp)
As long as she can get an attack boost, she is amazing. She doubles pretty much anything in the game, and with desperation and moonbow, she can OHKO a lot of units.
I would recommend using the +Spd, but I have never used a +Atk one. Although, speed means more chances to double.
