askrian trio ft virion build ideas?

id like to build the askrian trio ft. virion but idk what to put on them. i have a few thoughts but idk how good they'll be. i want sharena to be a tanky unit that deals with all melee attackers, alfonse to be an enemy phase unit, anna to be a pure glass cannon, and virion to be a unit who can tank units like setsuna and kill them on player phase.
