Arvis and Ayra

I have no idea who I want to promote... I want to promote one, but who... Ayra can abuse her special, and if a Nephenee banner comes out then she can abuse wrath, but... Arvis pretty much gets +3 in everything with fury because of his B skill, not to mention he is amazing for debuffing as well... Please send help I'm probably going to lose sleep thinking about this...

It really depends on your current roster... But I'd probably recommend starting with Arvis and promoting Ayra down the road.

I agree with Kaihaku. If you lack a mage, Arvis would be pretty good. Meanwhile, Ayra is definitely useful, and with the right skillset, can be an absolute monster. I plan on using a L&D build with a summoner support and Atk/Spd +3 seals along with merges. If Ayra is a GHB unit, she can hit 60 atk if I am doing the math right. I haven't really thought too much about Arvis because my Sonya works just fine for me.

EDIT: With Atk +3 seal, merge +2 (+1 atk), summoner support (+2 atk) and 5 from L&D, she will have 44 Atk, and with the weapon, 60 atk. Or you could be Spd oriented, with Spd seal, 50 spd (or 51, one merge)
