I’ve got 0 Brave Hectors, 2 B celicas, 2 b Ephraims, and 2 Veronica’s.

choose brave hector because he's the only one you dont have

I second this, as it's what I did back when the banner came out.

A neutral Brave Hector is still a very power unit who demands little investment.
You can also farm the feathers he is going to give you and fodder him for Bold Fighter.

I chose him for free when i pull in the CYL 2 banner because i already get a copy of veronica, ephraim and celica.
