Yes. Just make sure she can endure all the hits going to be thrown at her. If you plan on making her solo maps, ensure that there is a way to have her at 100% HP before the player phase starts again, with skills like Sol, Aether, or Renewal, that way she can traverse faster without Armor March

I wouldn't recommend it because she can, with the right build and support, continue a very long time at less than 100%HP, in which case you just have a seal that's doing nothing.
