Armor team help

is it possible to somehow build an armor team without suffering due to lack of DC? i've never pulled a hector but i've been lucky enough to be able to put together a decent mixed team with some good IV pulls on some other characters

i just kinda want an armor team and dont where to begin
i do have a -def +spd grima(m) and was wondering if i should go about building around him with spd buffs

who should i try to get on my armor team?
