Armor-Flier or full armor?

I decided to rerroll looking for a H!Myrrh, and got a +atk -spd one. And since Hector is my favorite character I chose his free version.
I pulled the Eirika banner looking for a M!Grima and got one... but -atk +def. Also got two Bride Sanaki, one +atk -res, and a -atk +spd Bride Ninian.
I gave up looking for Grima and now I'm considering doing a mixed team with Hector, H!Myrrh, Bride Sanaki and Bride Ninian, but those fliers seem to be made for Flier teams only. So, should I build the team I suggested, or try to build a full Armor team?
I also have a +3 neutral B!Ike if that matters.

B.Ninian can definitely go on pretty much any team. Dancers, especially flying dancers, have that advantage.

B.Sanaki I think I agree is better on a flier team. Would you consider someone like Cherche for your fourth slot?

Otherwise it's also pretty reasonable just to go all armours. I tend to go all or none with armours because when I use armours I want armour march, and then I need to get my value out of armour march for the team to be as efficient as it can with skill slots. Maybe on some mixed teams I might throw in one armour especially if I have guidance on a flier.

On a side note, why'd you decide to merge B.Ike? A lot of people would prefer him as fodder

In this case, I want a green flier, preferably ranged, because I lack that color in my team. Of course, Cherche could go. I have a 4 star +atk -hp, and a 3 star +atk -def. Which one should I use?
I don't want a full Armor team that much because I feel like I'm tier-whoring and I don't like that. Also, I have 2 spaces where I'm unsure about who to use there. I was thinking if I go this route I could use Sheena and maybe buy BK with the new currency, or just use Bride Ninian with support skills.
Don't ask me why I merged Ike, I don't know what got into me that moment...

Also, now that I'm checking, I went to see the IVs of one of my Cherches since I had her leveled up, but for some reason the stats of the promoted version don't match the ones in the IV calculator. Why is that?

On Cherche I kind of like the panic ploy refine so I tend to prefer -def. In the long run, -res is probably preferred to both of them because she might even tank a steady breath ignis when she has so much HP and pretty respectable def.

Don't let real tier whores fool you into thinking you're also one just because you want a good armour team. Armours are good units, even if on the rude and stupid side. You know you're not chasing BST score right? So you're free to do what you want, including build an armour team.

Did you learn atk+3 on the Cherche that you levelled up? That would show up in her stats.
