Armor emblem team question: Winter lissa vs Ephraim

Is he better than winter lissa i know she is mixed phase but ephraim is kinda mixed phased as well
I have both Winter Lissa( +Atk) and Free summon (Ephraim) just deciding on who to start for armor emblem team
Zeligus, Hardin/CYl hector winter tharja lissa/Ephraim

Ephraim will dual phase without using your QR seal while using guard. In this regard I think he has a huge advantage over Lissa.

ahh would distant counter be optimal for his A-Slot over my Lissa who can hit 40 res
I have one hector i plan on sacrificing but i gotta decide between
ares Ephraim and lissa.

Lissa does have way higher res, she can use it to take magic hits from close and afar. So she can miss the A slot a bit more
Ephraim needs the A slot for stat boosting a bit more if he wants to take magic hits.

Overall Ephraim is probably better, especially if you use Hardin as anti magic. Ephraim can then run 2 close defences to be a mixed defence wall.

The problem with Lissa, in my opinion, is that 30 speed is a bit wasted. It's just not high enough to avoid doubles, so it's a waste of stats.

Lissa can use the 30 spd in PvE if she goes for handbell+spd, especially if she has ally support.

Hone or goad armour also works
