Armor Emblem Team Building?

While trying to pull Henry I got Amelia
-atk +res, so pretty crappy IVs
I've got
Effie (-atk, +HP) (C: Ward Armor)
BK (C: Threaten Atk)
P Azura/. P Olivia
(Armored Unit w/ Armor March)
Would my Effie be good with a Brave Lance+ or is it better to stick with the silver lance with a -atk IV? Problem with that is my only Brave Lance user is 4 star Cordelia +Spd -Res so I kinda want to keep her for quad hitting in a flier team...
Im probably going to keep trying to pull for Henry so he will fill the role of an armored unit w/ armor march.
If the RNG gods hate me and dont give me Henry, is this Amelia worth using or is there a better unit to give armor march to? I have Gwendolyn to sacrifice for Hone Armor, should I give it to BK?
Open to suggestions on basically anything

On armor emblems, Amelia is definitely worth using regardless of IVs, her natural slaying axe helps her proc bonfire very often, especially with her 34 speed.

You didn't mention if your Effie was a 5* or a 4*, so I'll assume she's a 5*. Even with an attack bane she's still a top tier choice for the blue slot of armor emblem. You can give her the Atk+ seal to patch her up a little bit, but maybe wait till you get another Effie with better IVs to inherit a brave lance. Meanwhile she can put that HP to use while running panic ploy if you like.

I would definitely recommend giving BK hone armors. There's going to be a lot of quests to clear with a team of four armors, so it would be good if you started building an armor team.

So far it's BK + Effie + Amelia + hopefully Henry. Just give each of them one of the swap/reposition/draw back/smite and relax.
