Armor Emblem Help

This is my armor team, they’re all +ATK. It’s decent, but I feel like it could use some improvements and I have a few questions.

1. I don’t use OG Hector (who’s +atk) anymore because I have LA!Hector. Should I fodder him to give DC to Effie or W!Chrom?

2. I don’t have armor march, which is a problem. I have a +atk Amelia (merged +1) I don’t use, should I fodder her to give armor march to someone on this team? It feels like a waste foddering a merged unit for a skill…

3. Should I give Effie a different weapon? What should the weapon be if I do give her DC and if I don’t?

Armor Emblem is, correct me if I'm wrong, an enemy phase team, so Armor March isn't necessarily "needed" unless you're trying to do something like Chain Challenge and need to complete the map in a certain number of turns. It's just nice to have.

Effie's are usually equipped with a Brave Lance or Berkut's Lance, the latter with Distant Counter so she can tank magic hits and dish out some damage.

You don't have any tome users? I'd try and pull for Grima tonight, then. You really need at least one unit targeting resistance. Plus, he has a great weapon.

Everyone should be running Ward Armor. Why do you have Hone Armor on? I don't even!

Give everyone but Zelgius Aether. For player controlled units, stock up Vengeful Fighter. For Defense Teams, use Bold Fighter.

Seals are largely up to you, though things like Drives and Spurs can add some great bonuses, considering you typically want to stay bunched up.

I prefer Pivot over Swap, but they're both good.

Hone armor, you really ONLY want if you have a Blade Tome user. Otherwise, it's too gimmicky to really apply reliably. A quad Ward is a good way to go, because keeping them close enough to have all three wards benefit 1 character is not hard, and said character is gaining 12 def and res. With Armors already having high defenses, and Wards being immune to Panic, that's a tough nut to crack without Slaying Hammers, Slaying Spears, Armor Smashers and Thani. (or the appropriate TA)

My sugestion is:
Give Effie spur atk 1 and 2 from another random unit. Give her distant counter and goad armor from hector. Then give her berkut's lance with a res refinement.
Then give everyone else ward armor and you should be good to go

A few follow up questions I’d have:

Is your OG Hector merged or have any 5* exclusive skills you foddered to him? If the answer is yes to the first one, don’t waste him like that. If he does have any 5* skills you gave him, could you fodder them to whoever you send DC to? If no merges are on him and you run a fairly vanilla skill set with minimal SI, then I would recommend feeding him to Effie.

Do you really want armor march? If yes, swap winter Chrom for Amelia, DO NOT FODDER. If no, leave it the way they are.

What lances do you have access to for foddering? If you have a spare berkut, then 5* him and sacrifice him for his lance. With DC, Effie becomes a supertank. If you have Brave lance, then slay a 5* for Brave lance+ and keep death blow.

Other suggestions: if this is for competitive use, Aether on everyone not named Zelgius. Also, ward armor on all 4 units. Run high SP seals for competitive use (heavy blade, QR, drive def, panic ploy, dd/cd, etc.) or pick ones that synergize well. If this is not for competitive use, they all look good, but ward armor makes them better for PVE.
