I prefer the idea of having galeforce and heavyblade seal he can just hit and run literally... or kill again lol

Galeforce with Heavy Blade seal. After it procs, it's
cooldown would be reduced to 2. Heavy Blade could reset its cooldown instantly for use next round in the same turn. Combined with Brazen Atk/Def and Cavalry buffs, hoo boy...

Granted it can only be activated once per turn, but it's still pretty impressive. Kinda depends how high his Speed is too, since it'd be pointless to use Heavy Blade if his Spd is high enough to land double attacks after a Galeforce proc.

Wait... Ares not our Ishtar? On the odd turns it has a +10 to atk and speed in combat...

Infinite moonbow special loop? His weapon has a killer effect and makes draconic aura or bonfire a 2 turn cooldown special to begin with.
Try this:
Quickened pulse to bring it down to 1 turn. Bait with him and his counter attack will be a special proc. After combat, his weapon charges his special. Next turn, you have special ready and after any combat it will be ready for the next.

With distant counter and vantage, you could bait everyone.

with a DC vantage build, he can always have Bonfire ready. Ignis if running wrath

Moonbow on him would be wasted because it would start off with 1 cooldown and then drop by 2 after combat so thats one cooldown wasted

LA!Hector does this already. He spams a glimmer every combat he enters when below 75% health.
