I play on Android, no emulator. But I'm starting to think that is only for Android seeing the rest of answers.

So It seems like a general error. Probably is because of the Arena Assault quests that have been announced?

If you reboot the game now it should install a small patch and work :)

I'm having this same issue, for whatever reason. Oddly arena itself is fine. (Android btw)

I'm an iOS user, looks like it affected everybody but the new patch should fix that :)

Oh just found out that FEH devs already knows about the problem and are addressing the situation as stated on their twitter. Compensation orbs will probably be given away too.

The later (compensation) might be a little too much asked for but I actually have to say, that it might cost me the one quest orb since I'm on vacation in a few hours and the isle might have not hot spots.

It has just been confirmed we will receive orbs as compensation at a later date :)
