Are you actually enjoying Tempest Trials?
Being a person, who doesn't really have time to play the game (I usually play like 30 minutes in the morning) I'm really finding no joy in playing Tempest Trials to get the high rewards. Made a team that has a 100% winrate on 7 map lunatic scenario, but it just takes so long to complete and deplete all my energy that I really don't even feel like trying. The fact that I believe I saw every possible opponent setup at least twice doesn't really help the enjoyment. Do the devs really expect that people are gonna go through this chore for only mediocre rewards?

I agree that the amount of points you get for a perfect win compared to how many points it takes to get anything meaningful could probably stand to be adjusted a bit. But for the most part I think this trial has been a success. It gives people a reason to keep playing, and the rewards are all great in my opinion. You also get the effects of grinding SP in the training tower, while actually working toward something. I believe if they maybe make some number tweaks (still requires some work to get cool things, but not to a ridiculous extent), they could really increase the longevity of the game for most players. It really is the kind of end game players who aren't all that into the pvp scene need.

Yeah, I can agree with that sp grinding, which is also connected to a pretty efficient hero merit farming, since you get HM for every map. The whole thing definitely has potential, but it needs a bit of reworking (eg. lower score for rewards or better rewards at the insane scores, bigger map/opponent variety while also maybe getting a chance to swap one hero in your lineup before each map to adapt to that larger variety..) Seeing how they sort of tried to improve the gauntlet, I'm hoping that they will improve the trials in their next iteration.

I don't have much time to play too, so i share your feelings. This event is quite boring even if there are some nice rewards, but the battles are way too long especially if you don't have a perfect team and you have to think carefully every move.
At least i have perfectioned my tactics and raised a lot of SP.

I take this as a time to Hero Merit farm for extra feathers and SP, without knowing my Klein has like 3k unused SP which is absolute overkill for only 20 Stamina. The extra orbs as well are always welcomed.
The only time I hate this bloody mode is because of how unfair the AI stats are determined.

This is actually my favorite mode. I think it's quite challenging with imperfect teams and has you train up multiple teams, rather than just using the same 4 units all the time (unless you already have a perfect team to grind through it all).
The easy SP, Hero Merrit and 5-7 battles for only 20 stamina is a nice bonus too.
I do agree that it's too hard to get the good rewards. I don't mind doing the mode a couple of times a day, but having to use multiple stamina potions to get the points you feel you need seems a bit forced.
