Are these units still viable?

I have a -atk +res julia and a -spd +res kagero.
Its a shame their stats suck butI have a lot of skill fodder that I'm willing to inherit so i was wonder if it would be okay to keep using these units and have them inherit stuff or just abandon them.

Don't know about Kagero, I don't use her (I would say not that viable, maybe you can offer that poison dagger to someone else ?).

Julia is hurt by -Atk, but can still be used (mine is like this).
Quick riposte (or some breaker skill). She is a great Rein counter.

And a good dragon check (apart from Tikis that will now tear her apart thanks to the hitting the def upgrade from the forge).
Dragons should be more and more present from now on.
