Are these also good IVs?

Alm: He's good, but don't plan on using Windsweep with 27 speed.
Nowi: You'll get doubled by a lot of things but with TA and QR it shouldn't be a problem.
Xander: -hp hurts his viability for infantry pulse (fodder maybe?) and he's mediocre in general.
Karel: Shouldn't impact his offensive abilities.
Tharja: She can proc desperation 3 easier with -hp but +atk or +spd is preferred.
Ryoma: Won't impact his offensive abilities, gets doubled by stuff with 40+ speed which is rare.
Leon: He'll miss a lot of ORKOs with -atk and there are better archers anyway *cough* free brave lyn *cough*
Peri: not a commonly used unit, but 36 speed is nothing to scoff at. Try her out sometime.
Olivia: Neutral is universally the most optimal IV she can have in terms of taking hits. Don't upgrade her to 5*; try merging her to 4*+5 instead.
