Are razzle dazzle healers viable with attack speed bond?

I've got q +hp -res Halloween Mia that I really want to optimize, so I'm thinking of pulling for Fjorm, but I feel like having to be next to someone isn't really synergetic with the way razzle dazzle healers are meant to be used. Any advice?

Atk/Spd Bond is going to be a seal in the next TT

I know, but I prefer savage blow for her seal

It'll let you test run whether or not you think you can run it

Viable yes, but attack/speed solo is better

I prefer Atk/Spd brazen since it's easier to get tho Solo is a lot more safer since you don't have to bait, tho I run double brazen with Atk/Spd and she becomes an absolute monster after reaching brazen especially since I have a +Atk
