Are -atk +hp brave Lucina and +spd -res brave Ike salvageable?

If so what skills should I give them? My main concern is Lucina though since the -atk looks particularly troublesome.

Not sure about Lucina, but BIke is definitely salvageable. Someone in my friend list actually merged a +spd -res Ike to +10. It is a bit unorthodox, but still quite powerful.
