Actually how many points are required for stay at Tier/Rank 3 5000-10000

To stay in top 10,000 get to around 90K, possibly 100K. 120K-130K probably gets you to 5,000 and 165K+ will most likely net you top 1,000.

I stopped at 98k. Too bored to grind more. 6.8k rank atm, I think.
