Is there anything better I COULD run in her B-slot? I was thinking Flier Formation could do good, but I'm not too sure. If I summoned an Eilincia, would it be worth it to give her up for Flier Formation?
Flier formation is only really useful if you're including another flier into your team so I wouldn't say it's worth foddering off Elincia for it. Hit and Run is already pretty good with what you're running on Tana but a rare expensive option would be Chill Spd 3, firesweep users love this B slot in particular as it helps them double the speedy opponent that gets inflicted with -7.
Hit and Run is perfectly fine on her, keep it. Elincia is too good to sacrifice, and you’d have to switch out Guidance for something else (except if you’re running a mixed team with 2 fliers and 2 infantry/armors). She shouldn’t have trouble killing anything that she has to kill, but if you notice she fails to ORKO some enemies (she shouldn’t though, she’s very powerful), give her Drag Back instead so her teammates can safely finish the job for her.
