Anyone seen this orb purchase error screen?

No idea what to do. I deleted my cache and put in a ticket. I cant get to the screen where you select how many orbs you want to buy. Keeps directing me back to this one.

I think it happened because I exited a summoning session on an iPad, where I buy orbs, and finished the session on an android where i had some extra orbs just from playing. It's stupid to be playing on two devices like this, but I don't think it should stop me from being able to buy orbs. Anyone have this experience?

The game explicit says the orbs between two operational system will result in losing all orbs so errors like this will occur.

Make the complete purchase in a OS you buy the orbs, and complete the purchase in the menu, if the problem persists, call the support.

I just got this same error and I am only playing this game on iOS on my phone. I haven't logged in anywhere else. I also have two step authentication so I would know if someone tried to log into my account somewhere else.

EDIT: offloading the app seemed to show the price options, but still get the error when I select one

Yeah I meant clearing the cache, and while I can select one of the bundles I get the same error message again. I also deleted and resintalled the game again.
