Anyone know anything about this?

Not FEH related, but a question about Fire emblem, specifically Binding Blade and New Mystery of the Emblem.
I had downloaded an emulator and roms onto my Samsung, but I had to change my phone, and the emulators can no longer load the files from my sd card. I also cannot find the roms online, as it seems that Nintendo shut down emuparadise. I was looking to buy FE7 and Shadow Dragon on Ebay to play again (I have all the 3ds games and sacred stones on my 3ds from the ambassador program), but I also saw people selling English translations of Binding blade and New mystery on cartridges. Curious if anyone has done this before and if legitimate.
