Anyone dumb like me?

I did it twice.... When I refined the weapon for Lukas, I intended to go for defence up but for unknown reason, I chose to refine the attack....Maybe the icon just look too similar but probably I am too dumb to see the difference.

What is even worse is this is the 2nd time I did the mistake. 100 refine stone went straight down to garbage bin. What a sad day.....Anyone has similar dumb experience to share?
