Anybody else let this happen?

So, I was trying to beat Robin’s LHB on Infernal (I’m bad, I know) this morning and after a lot of trial and error I came extremely close to beating it but got cocky, screwed up, and had to restart. I just gave up at that point and just now am returning to it. Problem is, I don’t even remember what I did anymore. I do know that I pulled off a crazy maneuver with a bunch of Repositions and a Future Vision but thats about it. I’ve been trying to redo that strategy but I’ve so far come up empty handed. Basically, I now have to restart from scratch.
Anybody else let this happen before?

I did that on Marth's LHB this morning. Screwed up near the end, thought "if I just positioned that unit differently I'd win" and then couldn't remember how I got there. And that was restarting immediately not even taking a break :<

Oof. Marth's LHB was pretty easy (except Abyssal) for me, and compared to Robin's LHB it's like Kindergarten IMO.

That is literally me during any GHB/LB challenge. I've even had times when I finally beat one, but I try to replay it to recreate the strategy for analysis purposes and end up failing miserably.

Same. I admit that I don't really bother doing all the math and damage calculations while attempting the challenges. I try random things to see how far I go each time, and I just keep going from there. After I complete it, I try to analyze the matchups and study how I pulled through but like you said I always forget what I did exactly; sometimes even right after I complete the challenge.

All. the. time. It's so annoying! My short-term memory is like a goldfish's, so much so that this happens to me for Grandmaster Tactics Drills. I really wish there were a feature kinda like Mila's turnwheel hah.
