Anybody besides me think that regular Lilith might just come directly as a mythic?

And that it will be her main or potentially only variant? As in, forget "mythic Lilith," just Lilith, like Fjorm or Gunnthra or Hrid.

If they continue with 12 focus units 8% she's going to be hard to get >_>

I don't know how familiar you are with Lilith's role in Fates is, but in two out of the three paths (Birthright and Conquest), let's just say that she gets tossed aside as though she were trash. In Revelation, I don't recall her having any significant role outside of introducing MyCastle--which she also did in the other two paths. I hardly think that someone so absent from the story, especially one that was never referred to as some sort of god, is worth getting a Mythic variant.

Now, someone like Anankos (Fates), Mila and Duma (Gaiden/SoV), or Naga--I can see them getting only a Mythic variant and nothing else because they are actual gods/goddesses.

I see. I thought it was a possibility because if I'm not mistaken she's well received in the player base and ranked high in CYL.

I wouldn't mind that. It wouldn't be much, but Heroes could give her the characterization she never got in Fates.
