Any way to save a -speed +hp summer Cordelia?

I pulled her this morning with these atrocious IVs and I originally wanted to fun a firesweep lance build on her, but I don't think that's feasible anymore. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm not benching her, as I like her too much

Her lance gives +2 to all stats on initiation, and it's refine-able..

She's perfectly fine. Not the best, but fine.

L&D + desperation + refined spd shell lance. Because cordelia's health is so high with a boon, you can take 1 hit from almost anything and then go into desperation range. 45 spd on initiation is still pretty good.

Somebody asked about +res -spd...yesterday I think it was. Try looking in page 5-6 of the Q&A.

Here's what I did with my -Spd S! Cordelia. As others have mentioned her HP is more than high enough to take a hit from most targets so you won't have much issue getting her into Despo mode. I would suggest changing out her kit lance for either a Slaying or a Harmonic as that will give her a better damage ceiling than the Shell Lance would.
