My -atk, +spd Deirdre :(

My -atk/+def Ryoma.

Not exactly a hero, but a set of IVs. I would love to switch all my +def/-atk 5* around. +Def might not be so bad for my Eldigan, BRoy, SCamilla, Effie, or Hector; but that -Atk really hurts them.

+Def/-spd Effie to a +Res/-spd Effie (I like balanced tanks)

My +Res, -Spd Lukas or my +Res, -Spd Leo. (I wanted to use him for kiting, but his attack is so meh)

I wish there was a mechanic where characters can't get boons in their lowest stat. Then again, might screw over some builds.

My +hp/-atk P!Olivia. As of now she's relegated to pure healer, but I'd love to promote a Kagero for her to run a more offensive build.

-atk+res takumi would be nice to swap. -hp+def H!Sakura as well.

While trying to answer I came to the conclusion, that I'm pretty happy with my IVs.

Aside from a few (ATK+/DEF- Reinhard, BIke HP+/SPD-
come to mind) they are not perfect but Ryoma and Takumi with HP+/SPD- both are the only ones I have a bad feeling about (and they still work fine).
