Any suggestions on which healers to use?

3 offensives : Genny, Lucius, Elise
3 defensives : Azama, Wris, Lissa
2 speedy defensive : Bridal Lyn, Maria ... But I'm not sure what's the point of using them with the Healing assist refunt (based on Atk).

I'd say go with Bridal Lyn

Candlelight+
After combat, foe and foes within 2 spaces of target inflicted with status preventing counterattack through their next actions.

Refine to Candlelight+ with Wrathful Staff 3 build in

Dazzling Staff 3 in B slot

On top of the fact that she can heal she can not only do great magic damage, but also single-handedly stop a whole enemy-team from counterattacking.
