Any builds suggestions for Bride Caeda?

it would be optimal to give her a bladetome because her atk isn’t really impressive ,if you have a rallybot like eirika or ephraim you could use even the base blarblade. you could even try a blarserpent/blarowl build if you want to make her a mage check

Personally I find Bladetomes overused, they really aren't that spectacular on Infantry units as they take a higher investment, not just of themselves, but their team.

That said with Blessed Bouquet she'd actually partner with a Blade unit nicely. Her Speed is right up there with the fastest of ranged units, so a Watersweep build may work well for her. Pairing that with either a Smoke or something like Savage Blow could increase her effectiveness as well.

She basically has 3 options, so the real question is how do you want to use her? As a main attacker (in which case there is pretty much no getting around a blade build), Specifically as a Mage counter, or as a utility support piece?

My own Caeda is -Spd (also +Atk), salty as I was about that, I gave her swordbreaker. Even now she is still my primary choice to fight DC beasts like Zelgius for Caeda has slightly more bulk than the more offensively oriented mages and can survive a counterattack where the likes of Delthea cannot. She is also a huge help against the likes of Ayra or Karla in Arena Assault.

I'm not sure your Caeda will be able to do the same with her def bane or even has the need to as she is not -Spd, I would say keep her bouqet and refine it with speed, 39 speed is already pretty nice and with Darting blow, you might even double the likes of Ayra without swordbreaker when you got her buffed. Don't need to worry about her attack in my experience, she never fell short killing anyhing when I used her and the +5+5 buff of her bouquet is niche enough to give her a special place among your team even if you are loaded with 5* blue tomes like I am.

You can build her like a support with her base tome refined and water/windsweep for free +5def/res bonus for her allies, but this build will not be very optimal and a bit weak when we look other support/buffers...

You can also build her like a ranged tank but this build is more expensive than bladetome (DD3 and blaserpent 5* exclusives).

Bladetome is not very expensive for his effectiveness, you only need to upgrade one 4* (Odin or Tailtiu) to 5* for the bladetome+. You can put fury/LnD A slot and desesperation B slot and you're ready to go. If you REALLY want a budget build, you can only inherit the bladetome of a 4* unit (but you'll miss 4 atk)
