Any advice for the budget build?

I spent almost 100 orb from this banner (from 165 until 67 F2P orb), and i got micaiah and sothe. Unfortunately, both of them are quite unoptimal IV. Micaiah is +def-res while Sothe is +Def-Spd, since i cant get any of whale skill like SteadyBreath (doesnt matter in this case) and aether, can anyone give me quite suitable build for sothe? micaiah only need repos and glacies/iceberg but i dont know about sothe since he is my first 5* dagger other than unused Jakob

I don't know about Sothe since i never use dagger, but i think you can still work with Micaiah even thought she has bad iv (at least you don't have a -atk), i think you don't need to remove her Sacrifice since it isn't a bad ability now that thing like ploy and such are not that rare. If you give deflect missile i think she will be able to tank the most offensive B!Lyn. You can also give her vantage insted of guard, this way after tanking Reinhart or B!Lyn she can keep baiting horse mages. For special i think Iceberg would be her best one, after tanking reinhardt or B!Lyn she will have it ready in case you need to kill someone who isn't on a horse or armor.
This is just my opnion since i haven't tried her yet, i'm training the Micaiah that i summoned this morning just now (she has +atk -def iv).

I got just about the same IVs as you. I'm also thinking Vantage in her B slot. DD3, Vantage 3, Drive Atk2, and Deflect Missile seal will turn her into a ranged cavalry/armor threat.
