Another Steady Breath Decision

Manage to pull 2 Brave Ikes. Adult Tiki has had Steady Breath for a while and I've fed one to Nowi so my options for the second are:
Nephenee, +Spd -Res, Slaying Lance (+Spd), Bonfire, Fury, Wrath, Hone Speed
Brave Lucina, +Atk -HP, currently Gierskogul, Aether, Sturdy Blow, Vantage and Drive Speed

I'm leaning towards Nephenee as she's in my main CC team with Brave Ike, Lucina and Celica where Fury is counterproductive so she runs Atl/Spd +2. I do tend to bait more than attack so immediate Wrath boosted Bonfire on counterattacks would be good.
Lucina's reasoning is that I would like to use her more and SB would greatly improve her bulk and Aether frequency. She would also help Ike and her sword wielding variant if she switched into my main team.

Any thoughts on who can use it better?
