Another Ike...

So I was thinking of passing his Heavy Blade onto Valter with Galeforce since my debuff team (Arvis, Deirdre) will only make him stronger. Question if the say Zephiel gets -4Atk (Valflame) will Heavy Blade come in effect or no?

Yes, heavy blade will work, though Valter is not the best candidate for heavy blade. 50 atk is painfully average

I think the point is that its functionally at 54 and a little better thanks to a debuff heavy teamcomp

Who else would you recommend? I chose Valter (not only cause I love his hair and character) because of his built in killer weapon and 50 damage isn't something to scoff at.

I think it does but I am not super confident. I know invisible buffs from skills such as warding blow would count towards specials like glacies/iceberg. Id imagine if that calculates this would too.

Welp just got done testing and yes spur and goads also affect Heavy Blade!

I'd go with him too.

I'm planning mine this way too, except with Aether instead of Galeforce :)
