Another boring IV question

I was feeling my luck at the moment and it actually paid off, because after doing one summon, I got a 2nd Eldigan and a 2nd Ayra. The only potentially inheritable skill would be swift sparrow, but I already have two units ready to fodder it eventually, so I'm just gonna merge.

Now comes the dillema.

Old Ayra: +atk -hp
New Ayra: +spd -def

So, both of these IVs have their merits, and I'm having a really tough time deciding. I'm kind of inclining more towards the +spd -def, because she'll be at 43 speed, meaning that she'll almost never get doubled by physical units anyway, so the neutral hp of this new one kind of counterbalances the defense bane - although there are obvious weaknesses against brave weapon users, since she'll be able to take less dmg from those.

Old Eldigan: +spd -atk
New Eldigan: +res -def

Not really a dillema, but if someone has a different opinion, I'll definitely hear it out. In this case I want to keep +spd -atk, because it makes him slightly less weak against follow-up attacks and lets him double slow greens like Hector.

I think you're right on the money with the Eldigan choice. His Def is probably his best asset so taking a bane in that isn't really the best idea and even with a -Atk bane he still sports a good Atk which in turn can still be patched up with SI.

As for the Ayra that is kind of a tough choice but the +Spd/-Def IV is probably the best bet. Ayra never had a low Def to begin with and having that +Spd boon will prevent just about all doubles and improve the reliability of her weapon skill to boot.
