While I can't say she is great. Those stats with some buffing will be quite good. I personally would never get rid of H!Mia, but then I am a Flier Emblem player. Her Witch Wand+ will also give Maria a slightly higher attack so she will heal a bit more HP.

Over all I would say this is a pretty good build for a Maria.

She fast enough to avoid most doubles is she needs to take a hit, she doesnt need to be doing any damage to begin with, wings of mercy means more mobility, cancelling the ability for enemies to use specials means untis like anna and fjorm will have an easier time dealing with arena threats, and her res is enough to ploy most threats, should I want to go that route.

Combined with the tactics team she'll be on, Palla, Effie, Herself, Askr unit, she'll be proccing tactics buffs for the bonus units without issue. Shes almost perfect.

You aren't. Maria have been my commander for as long as I can remember, and she's quite popular in my friendlist. I'm not sure if the number of "friend uses" is high or not, but there's two interesting facts- I don't actually know anyone in my friendlist, they're all randoms. And I only keep friends rank 16 or above.
