The only ones are Wolftomes for Cavalry. The native users are Raigh, Ursula, and Robin. There are none in colourless unfortunately, although Panic+ can remove their Emblem buffs.

Hi! First off, as other users have noted, please make your questions more concise. You can still write down the details in the actual post; the main question itself is a title. Also, I do think you can edit questions later, should you decide you make a mistake.

To answer your question technically, Halloween Jakob is a ranged unit who can inherit armor buffs (due to being an armor), while Bow Lyn/horse healers can have cavalry specific buffs (due to being cavalry). However, infantry units cannot inherit armored/cavalry buffs due to being infantry.

Unless by "target" you mean "Effective". In that case, as an earlier user mentioned, the only ranged option are the wolf tomes, that are effective against cavalry. Technically Kitty Paddle is strong against Halloween Henry, an armored mage, but that's on account of him being a mage and not so much an armor. As of current there are no colorless ranged weapons that are effective against specifically armors or cavalry, but as mentioned, Kitty Paddle is effective against mages, who can be armored or cavalry.
