Amelia vs Effie DC inheritence.

I have a LA! Hector with bad IVs to spare so I'm considering giving his DC to someone. My Amelia is +atk -hp while my Effie is +res -spd (she is 4*s right now but I have enough feathers to gives her both Berkut's Lance and to make her a 5), I also happen to have +spd -atk W!Robin as a third choice.
Does anyone have some sort of DC priority list that is up to date?

that's a tough one, both Amelia and Effie are both really good users of DC. i think your choice should depend on what your team needs

id choose effie. my reason being for a DC user u would want to be a more defensive unit. while amelias atk boon is great. effie would use DC better with berkuts lance she rocks both def and res stat equally well. amelias hp bane might not be much but for tanks, a loss in hp hurts both def and res tanking abilities. for robin a spd boon his A is already good on him and a waste of DC unless u really wanted to use him
