Amelia is insane
So i got a +spd - hp amelia and merged it with my old -atk one. I was playing around with buffs on her and i realized how scary I could make her.
With fury 3 and summoner support at +1 Amelia has
50 hp
53 atk
43 spd
40 def
28 res
Next we add her s support with another unit
50 hp
55 atk
45 spd
42 def
30 res
Now lets add ephraim with his standard buff set
50 hp
58 atk
49 spd
45 def
33 res
And finally we add brave lucina with drive def inherited from arden to get a whopping total stats of
50 hp
61 atk
52 spd
48 def
33 res
For a grand total of 247 BST!!!

You'd be better off using another Armored unit in the team, so that Amelia and the other armored (BK for instance) can enjoy Armored March from Amelia. Then they can also use Affinity support to boost each other, on top of Armored active Buffs.
Otherwise, use her with some warp ability like Wings of Mercy or Guidance. This way, even your Lancina will have more impact with her drive bonuses.
I mean, it may be just me but I don't like to use Armored units (no matter how solid they are) because of that mobility handicap.

Mobility is precisely what hinders them so heavily. I feel so vulnerable a lot of times. Like, I don't even feel fully confident in Fury BK outside of the Arena anymore (unless he's packing QR, +3 Spd Seal, or both).
It's also worth mentioning how silly Henry is in his own right (in more ways than one no pun intended). 33/34 (Mag/Spd) put him about on par with Amelia in that aspect, but he trades Def for Res *and* he has range and Armour March to boot. He counters two of the strongest characters in the game without needing to kill an A-slot (and a Hector).
