Build her up. 32 Def as bane is nothing to joke at. Also she's always in the summon pool, focus or not. You'll eventually find a better IV set. But when you do, at least the Amelia you trained has all the stuff to pass onto the new one.

I don’t rly see this working, use as Armor march or Slaying Axe fodder

Probably one of the worst boon/banes for her, however, you could turn her into a mage tank if you're still willing to take heavy damage from physical threats.
