Am I the only one who didn't go for Lyn? Lol

I know I'm obviously not for those of you who will take the title seriously, but I'm curious to see how many went with Ike, Roy, or Lucina. I went for Lucina myself and she is great. This will sound weird, but she has actually good defense when taking into account her skills and weapon. She still has her great speed and attack, and she serves as a great support unit with her weapon's effect and Drive Spd, effectively giving any physical damage unit +3 Atk/ +6 Spd during combat

yeah all of the brave characters are amazing units. Most people probably went with lyn because she counters a lot of really common meta units with her base kit and most colorless summons aren't very good, even as SI fodder.

I went with our boy Roy! It's kind of weird that "Roys our boy" is his quote when he himself is Roy.. His art is fantastic though already gave my Life and Death 3. Gotta wait till the weekend for grinding because 2500 sp. uughh

yeah I was surprised by the art for roy this time, he actually looks really cool for once.

I was literally considering all three BUT Lyn. Figures, not only everyone and their mother was going to pull her, but I also never liked mounted bow-users to begin with. I was pretty much going to pick Ike at first, until I saw Roy's skillset. I also really liked Lucina's kit, and the badass support skills she has are basically free Darting Blow for people. Ultimately went with Roy because he's also really good on his own right, despite not having amazing support like her.

Honestly, Lyn (when keeping her Mulagir set) is the one Brave Hero that is the most viable as a neutral Unit.

Lucina and Roy both want speed boons to truly shine as double machines that don't get doubled without breaker skills, and Ike wants a speed bane and either +atk, or +res, depending on the build you give him.

Colorless hell aside, Lyn is simply the most viable without IV boons because Fury 3 and Mulagir sets sets her speed to 41. add a speed seal and even speed Celica with L&D cannot double her on the bait so she can still be the perfect mage counter while still rocking 50 power to double all distant counter tanks for free.

Nope, went straight for Lyn. I pulled a +Atk - Def one, so that made me extremely satisfied with the unit.

But Brave Lucina would've been my 2nd choice, amazing support kit, with offense spread. I dig it.

I can't dig Ike tho, I need more magic checks.

I was going to pick lyn.. Until I realize how cliche her optimal build is going to be...
I thought about Lucina but I dont really want a support.. But honestly, if there are two heroes on the same team with similar offensive capability and supportive ability as lucina, that would be really cool
it's like two hyper carry who supports each other
While I liked Roy's abilities, he looks just like the old Ike on a horse for me... Let alone that I dislike Eliwood's horse because I think the blue really doesnt fit with the red... (reminds me of Superman every single time I see Eliwood's horse >.<)
I went with Ike because he seems to suit a role that is unique in contrast to most of the units in the past...
