Am I the only one that's a bit upset?

Not saying the new units are super bad, but they aren't as good as Lewyn or anything like that. Quan level maybe.
But what I'm worried about is the power creeping. It's happening so fast lol, first Rally Spd/Def+ and now Rally UP? And the Duel system just seems really BS for arena. Now you can make even Performing Inigo seem like a 170 armor unit to increase your score dramatically. I don't know but it's just all really fishy and unappealing to me.

True, but you'd probably still want to have merges, so having an unmerged P!Inigo probably won't help as much as we might think.

Yup, you're right. +10 Olivia might be a thing though. That's a tad scary. They might also be locked to certain types of infantry, it's still early to know anyways.

Yeah, he was just an example of how a sucky green mage dancer like him can do good arena scoring. With HS Micaiah, it gets different... Lowest BST but through this can get one of the highest BSTs in the game. Knew I should have at least tried harder for her and Elincia :(

But making P.Inigo score like an armour is precisely why I'm so happy. The finally made a hole to get through BST-based scoring.

Have fun dealing with the uncertainty of Arena then. It's going to be like T18~19 but on steroids, real jank steroids.

Why do people WANT it to be the same 7-10 armours and 3-4 dragons every single battle?

I'd rather have wacky stuff happen and get stuck between 19 and 20 than deal with a system where people can get rewarded for not being able to deal with dancers and mages and healers just by spamming BST and SP. Now smart players will actually get rewarded for being good at the game.

yeah I know, but now it's going to be even easier for whales to get higher scores if they have low scoring dancers/healers even with +10. Like HS Micaiah... *shudders*
