Am I doing this right

- Panic Ploy would shut down Blade Tomes but his HP is otherwise not that much for Ploying most other characters.
- Atk Smoke has worked so well so far, but this is mostly against a couple of melee characters at a time.
- I always add in +6 Def/Res Tactics on defensive characters (on top of extra Spurs/Drives)
- Dragonic Aura or 3-Turn special onwards is to aid other non-ranged/Triangle Advantage matchups, maybe even including some Reds

Your Libra looks pretty great to me! I think Atk Smoke or maybe even Spd Smoke is your best bet for him, that HP really just isn't high enough for Panic Ploy on most units. Like for reference I only run Panic Ploy on my Hinata because he has 61 HP.

Draconic Aura seems good since his atk is fairly high, have you thought of proccing specials every enemy phase round with Glimmer or Moonbow?

Glimmer is underwhelming. He's likely to kill most ranged threats in two stray hits, which is why I left a 3-4 turn special to potentially kill counter-triangle or bulky Greens like Hector/Grima/Myrrh.

Maybe you should consider Bonfire? Your Libra's enemy phase defense is pretty great for it (and I'm assuming it gets even higher than shown because of all the spurs and drives you use). I think if I'm doing this right, based on calcs Libra only gets 15 additional damage from DA while he'd get at least 18 from Bonfire without considering spurs/drives.
