Micaiah: Yune's Voice

Blue Tome Infantry

Weapon: Rexaura - 14 Mt, Range 2

Accelerates special trigger (cooldown count -1). If unit's Res > foes Res, boosts damage dealt by 70% of difference between stats. (Maximum bonus of +7 damage.)

Assist: Sacrifice

Special - Corona - 3 Cooldown (2 after weapon) - Inheritable; Mages only.

Resolve combat as if foe suffered Def/Res-30%. Inflicts the following status on target and foes within two spaces through their next actions: "Damage dealt by this unit during combat on first attack is reduced by 80%." Prerequisite to Moonbow.

B: Special Spiral 3
C: Yune's Blessing - At the start of turn 1, grants the following effects on all allies: "If unit's special triggers by attacking, deals +10 damage when special triggers for the first time."

Stats: 35/36/27/16/37

Being a potential legendary hero next week, I wanted to create an idea of her featuring her Light Priestess garb.

She holds the ultimate light tome Rexaura, which gives reduced cooldown and gives bonus damage based on the gap between her resistance and target's resistance, similar to how Vassal's Blade and Giga Excalibur compare speed.

Going on to assists and specials, she keeps her unique Sacrifice, and then comes with a new inheritable special, Corona, which is exclusive to mages. In the original games, Corona cuts foe's hit rate after combat. Since there are no hit rates here, it translates to massive damage reduction. This could be helpful for frail mages as this will lower their fear of taking much damage.

Going to skills, Special Spiral synergizes with this kit, but it can be replaced with anything. Yune's Blessing gives her allies' first special trigger a Wo Dao effect, and stacks with any effect similar to it. This is identical to how blessed weapons get all stats+5 in RD Easy mode.

I wouldn't give her Rexaura, but a Thani evolution instead (not that the current Thani isn't awesome), perhaps "Radiant Thani" (almost rhymes with "Radiant Dawn"). This would conserve or create three weapon combinations as opposed to just one: a new tome for the new unit, Micaiah having the option of the new Thani, and Rexaura for a future unit.

I would also make Corona a B skill (or else an A skill), as while it would make sense as a special, it shouldn't be out of place on a staff unit. (Now there's no rule saying damaging specials can't be given in the future to staff units, but still.) I gave my fancraft Sephiran "Lulling Corona" here with this effect: https://project-emblem.wikia.com/wiki/Sephiran_%28Companion_of_the_Goddess%29 / B: Lulling Corona - **Grants Light Hero to unit and Def +3 to all allies with 3+ Light affinity.** (**In order, only Hero status or highest or first affinity applies. Does not stack.**) Inflicts Atk/Spd -5 on foe through its next action after combat. If unit initiates combat, inflicts Spd/Res -5 on foe during combat and calculates damage from unit's staff like other weapons. (This skill cannot be inherited.)

Hit rate buffs and debuffs in the old games as ported to FEH should probably either be treated as speed increases/decreases or special cooldown acceleration/slow. Above I went with the Speed route, as the effect is already pushing a lot of text.

(*Basically "Light Hero", "Thunder Hero", "Ice Hero", et cetera are legendary hero effects that are created or conferred to allies from skills. A unit can be a Legendary Hero of original type [Earth/Fire/Water/Wind type] or have such a blessing, and a hero can simultaneously have 1 of either a conferred Legendary status or conferred affinity.)
