with almost a Standard build which could be better for 5*

Between +Spd- Hp Kagero, +Spd -HP Sothe or Kaze
which worth it to upgraded to 5*
in theory with
--preferably without weapon change
--Glimer/moonbow
--LnD 3 or Death blow3
--Desperation 3

or any build suggestion?
Note: the only Lnd3 fodder i have is Sothe, and only 1 death blow 3 is also available, with desperation 3 there is not issue.

Sothe is the Best option of those 3 i think. He has great offencive stat spread high mt weapon and support capabilities.

Kaze isn't all that good (he's more so fodder tbh), Kagero and Sothe are both great options.
Though there are less Infantry units, there are still enough for Kagero to be useful.
Sothe kills, debuffs basically the entire enemy team and buffs your entire team + himself.
Overall I'd say Sothe is the best choice with Peshkatz, Draw Back, Glimmer/Moonbow, LnD 3, Desperation 3 (or Wind-/Watersweep though really good, really expensive as well) and his spur or Savage Blow 3.

Sothe is extremely good because of his Peshkatz, as well as his high attack and speed. Being able to debuff the enemy while, at the same time, buffing allies is extremely useful.

Kaze is a mage tank, a good one at that. He's not like Felicia good (she has Felicia's Plate) but a good one none the less. 34 base resistance, 36 base speed.

I have no knowledge of Kagero.

With the skills in your post, I'd say Sothe is the better one.
