Alm Uses?

Hi all!

So I decided to risk my only 5 Orbs to summon on a banner, but to my surprise I pulled an Alm! The only catch is that he's +HP -Spd. Any suggestions on how to build him optimally with this IV spread? I still want to keep his Falchion unless absolutely necessary. Thanks!

Honestly, I feel like the healer build is still your best bet. A -spd IV makes him pretty dang slow...so keep him out of the way for enemy phase.

I agree, a healer build will suit your Alm best. His base speed is already pretty meh so a speed bane is pretty bad. On the bright side his +HP boon with Reciprocal Aid and Renewal will make him into a great pseudo healer!

A pseudo healer build? Interesting. What unit should I hunt for to get Renewal 3?

Ideally you'd want a 4* Fae, but if you don't have one then Lissa, Jakob, and Boey will have it too but only at Renewal 2. It won't stagger your healing but during tempest trials and chain challenges he should get 20HP for every new map.
