Alm Question and excitement

At first, I wasn’t going for more than the free summon on the Falchion banner. However, after the free summon, I used up my remaining 4 orbs and I got Alm on the second pull.

It’s a -Speed +Defense Alm. Are those good IV’s? I figure he still gets doubled even with a speed boon and it’s more important to kill with the Double Lion Refinement more than quad attacking.

Either way, I’m astounded with how lucky I got with this otherwise skippable banner. So happy I have all of the Falchion users in my Barracks now!

Congrats on getting a really good Alm! And yes, Speed is not important for him as he will be able to double anyways at full health, and more def will help with that. :)

With a Def boon, he can ward off the enemy offensive after your initial Double Lion burst. You should still be in QR range so a QR seal would be nice on him.

Here’s the thing. Heavy Blade 3 seal is mandatory so he can destroy a +10 Steady Breath Nowi with neutral attack, Death Blow, and Glimmer. Providing the Nowi is not +Def or running either Deflect Melee or Close Def Seal.

I’m running a heavy blade glimmer build so QR seal is not an option. Plus, I don’t have QR seal unfortunately.
