Alm IVs

So I got 2 Alms as pitybreakers before. One's +Atk-Hp, and the other is +Spd-Res. I was kinda sad before, but now with his brave refinement, I think I'll build him as an offensive sword user.
Which IV is better? +Atk does more damage, but +Spd with Phantom Speed nets him more free attacks.
