Alm and vantage

I have a Alm for ages, with renewal on B, and fury on A. And now with the new weapon what do you think, could vantage be batter on B than renewal? Since after first attack he takes 11 damage so he'l be quick in vantage range. he is +atk/-hp

A side question to not open two threads.
Could I give LA.Eliwood vantage? I'm reluctant to spend 20k for Subaki to make QR3. And his def/res aren't that high to give him QR, so he will take damage and be quickly out of QR zone. That's what I think.
I would build him with slaying lance, fury or his A skill, vantage, and armor march.

Don't forget Falchion and Renewal 3 will enable Alm to gain 20 life back, which can be more than enough to bring him back to full HP and have a brave attack at his disposal once again. With 20 HP life back, it also accounts for any damage you might sustain before you get your turn again so it is a good buffer. 10 HP life back may come up short for you to pull off the brave attack in such scenarios.

Vantage on LA.Eliwood is not a bad B-skill although he could qualify for other things like Desperation since he has the speed to back it up. It also has great synergy with Fury. Renewal is also not a bad option, especially if you want to use him in TT or CC.

Good points. So far I only inherited desperation to mages with high spd. But with armor buff, weapon refinement and fury he can come to 44spd. Not shabby at all :)

I think I'l give Alm vantage, since I have like 5 Lon'qe sitting around, and I can always switch to renewal if I need him for longer matches (TT,CC,..)

Stick with Renewal, with his refined Falchion he will be a brave boy every 2 turns
