All the trash units were worth it

I have found a gem upon my piles of endless worthlessness!

My first Grima! And he's +Atk -Spd! It was worth all the suffering involved. I decided to stop summoning cooldown banner for a bit, since I was just looking for tech to give Zelgius there, when I could give him Vengeful Fighter from a bad Grima while also pulling Nowis for merges. No Nowi, but damn....

It's a shame I don't have any good fodder to actually build him with like Steady Breath. x_x All in due time, I guess.

why use steady breath on him if he already comes with vengeful fighter? the two dont stack and vengeful fighter is basically QR and steady breath combined, you could just give him a good defense boosting a-skill to get the same effect.

Steady Breath gives him an extra cooldown charge when he's hit as well, while Vengeful Fighter only gives a charge when he hits back. So you are getting one extra charge for every hit in the matchup, which is a bit more useful.

Also if you use Bold Fighter and QR3 it makes you have the same effect in both phases; you have Bold Fighter and Vengeful Fighter.

I'd definitely go for that, but sadly I don't have much of a chance of getting Bold Fighter ever... I'll probably just see what I can snag in the next Legendary banner or something.

And Guerrick, you're right though - often, Steady Breath and Vengeful Fighter aren't worth it together, since they're both super high cost and kind of infringe on each other's roles a bit. I was mostly just using it as an example of one of the strong rare abilities that he can use that I don't have.

Oh I see, though I would focus pretty heavily on making him tankier to make use of his high attack and vengeful fighter in the mean time. Until you get the other skills you want.

Would keep an eye out for good legendary banners for those skills. I dumped a lot of orbs on the banner L!Ike and B!Ike were both on to get steady/warding breath for my dragons mostly. Got one B!Ike for my nowi and a bunch of L!Ikes, enough that I may consider building up a +10 merge of him.
