Yeah but in most cases it's overkill on the second engagement as you probably have dual brazen with desperation on her.
Actually just give it to Alm and throw a third Atk/Spd brazen on Celica. You can just Reciprocal Aid for it and twoshot some Hardin's with WB and DD3

The thing is that she needs Fury to enter desperation, if the first enemy can't counterattack to deal some dmg to her she may die in the second engagement as her bulk is not that good on top of loosing 5hp in the first engagement, and if Celica has some merges she will reach 41hp which will make her need 3 fights before which will make entering Desperation even harder.
You say that Fury is overkill, but in reality running Brazen atk/spd is the real overkill, as she will have a dead A slot most of the fight

Most? Reciprocal Aid is your best friend. She doesn't lose against anyone once she gets those brazens going. And outside of that you can usually find someone to trade and revenge kill on a map. That's why people have Celica Solo clears on Abyssal maps. I have both on her and Fury is just safer. But you never know how satisfying killing a Nowi as a red mage without your special can be

How can it considered solo if you use Reciprocal aid?
At first glance reciprocal aid seems a good solution, but there are also many downsides if you run it, first of all you lose on something much more usefull like Draw back or Reposition, you have to waste a turn which may turn out to be fatal as the enemies may corner you and that even worse on map with reinforcements, also you need someone else to take dmg before being able to use it.
Brazen atk/spd in most cases is an outright overkill as she can't capitalize from having too much spd, I agree that it's not a bad skill but in most cases the boost on atk and spd from Fury will be more than enougth while making it easier to enter desperation

Reciprocal Aid is worth trading imo for being able to kill every unit in the game. She's strong with Fury, but she won't player phase Hardin or Nowi. Not sure what you're arguing. You seem to be confused on the strategy. You have your reciprocal aid unit take a hit and then trade off health to Celica. Now you still have 2 units left do buff or just be themselves and you can play like normal. Celica just killed whoever she wanted to, the unit who was enemy phased probably died, and you have 2 repositions left or you can just kill the rest of them. And on Abyssal maps she uses the 3 dancers buffing her up comp. I do this with jakob and she just plays the reverse game of instead trying to take a hit and survive as opposed to Jakob going untouched the entire run,
